The WD series of dehumidifiers is based on the use of a rotating drum impregnated with silica gel, whose rotation allows to work with almost constant dew point values throughout the work cycle.
The WD/WD.E series has the further advantage, guaranteed by the particular air circulation and the new Triflux exchanger, of recovering most of the heat produced, reducing energy consumption by over 30% compared to traditional dehumidification systems and allowing a range of working temperatures from 70 to 150 ° C without the aid of cooling water.
WD15/30 Series
The WD/WDC15/30 series designed to be fixed directly to the treatment hoppers from 30 ÷ 100 dm3 to have a very compact and efficient solution, mounted directly on the machine or on special trolleys for use on the press.
WD.E50÷350 series
The WD.E series is the generation of wheel dehumidifiers, with a modern design, but above all with innovative and extremely interesting technical and energy-saving contents.
The frame is of the latest conception covered with self-centering panels with snap restraint.
The electronics with the latest generation microprocessor board and touch display allow the operator to easily interact with the countless potentials, functions and controls, which guarantee excellent dehumidification performance through the use of a constant dew point and one of the first in the range. for energy saving.
In the WDC50÷150.E series, everything is mounted on a special trolley with wheels, for easy and safe handling.
Finally, the WDS150÷350 series. And for higher hourly productions, the dehumidifying unit is combined with hoppers that have a dedicated supporting structure.
All prepared for connection to NEBULA, making these dehumidifiers 4.0 ready.
These dehumidifiers are also available in the modular multi-hopper version of the WDM.E series.
