Before communicating any personal data to the Data Controller, we invite all Users of the site to carefully read this Information which contains important information on the protection of their personal data.
This information describes the management methods of the official website of New Omap S.r.l. (www.https://newomap.com/ hereinafter: "Site) and not other external websites that can be consulted by the user via links.
This Policy:
- constitutes an integral part of the Site;
- is made pursuant to art. 13 of the Regulation to those who interact with the web services of the Site;
The processing of personal data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, limitation of purposes and conservation, minimization and accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, as well as the principle of accountability pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR. Users' personal data will therefore be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the Regulation and the confidentiality obligations set forth therein.
By processing of personal data we mean any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as the collection, registration, organization, structuring, conservation, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, diffusion or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction .
The personal data being processed may consist of textual information, photographic or video images and any other information suitable for making the interested party identified or identifiable.

2.1. Navigation data - log files
The computer systems and applications dedicated to the operation of this website detect, during their normal operation, some data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) not associated with directly identifiable Users.
The data collected includes the IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by Users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the IT environment used by the User. 3. Purpose of the treatment
The Site processes personal data within the limits of what is strictly necessary for the performance of institutional functions, excluding processing when the purposes pursued can be achieved through anonymous data or methods that allow the data subject to be identified only in case of need. 3.1. Purpose of the processing of the Application made available
The data controller makes available to its Customers the use of a specific Application through which it will be possible to send specific requests for assistance. The user can use the contact forms to upload photographic and textual material to better formulate requests for assistance. Also in this case, the use of personal data communicated during registration will be used exclusively for the indicated purpose and subject to consent to treatment.
4. Processing methods
Personal data is processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
5. Optional provision of data
The user is free to provide the personal data contained in the request forms for the various services offered on the portal; failure to provide the mandatory data required will make it impossible to obtain the service.
6. Transfer, communication and dissemination of personal data
  No data is shared outside the European Economic Area.
The personal data of Users who request the sending of informative material (mailing-lists, answers to questions, notices and newsletters, etc.) are used solely for the purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only in cases in which:
- this is necessary for the fulfillment of requests (e.g. delivery service of the requested documentation);
- the communication is imposed by legal or regulatory obligations;
- during a legal proceeding.
The treatments connected to the web services of this site and the previously indicated App are handled exclusively by the data controller and by Pallino & Co. S.r.l. with registered office in Padua, via decorated for civil value 57/a, VAT number 01530950284, appointed external data processor pursuant to art. 28 GDPR.
7. Retention of personal data
The personal data processed for the simple navigation of the Site will be kept for the time strictly necessary for this functionality.
For the purposes of requesting the dispatch of informative material or commercial information, personal data will be kept for a period of two years.
In any case, the possibility for the data controller to keep the personal data of Users for the period of time foreseen and permitted by Italian law for the protection of their interests pursuant to art. 2947 of the civil code.
8. Rights of the interested party
Pursuant to articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, Users have the right to ask the data controller, at any time, to access their personal data, correct or cancel them, or to oppose their treatment pursuant to art. 21 of the Regulation. Users also have the right to request the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain the data concerning you in a structured format, in common use and readable by automatic device, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Regulation. Requests must be sent in writing to the Data Controller at admin@newomap.it.
In any case, Users always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Guarantor for the protection of personal data), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if they believe that the processing of their data is contrary to the legislation in force.
9. Changes
The data controller reserves the right to modify or simply update the content of this privacy policy, in part or completely, also due to changes in the applicable legislation and, if necessary, will inform Users as soon as they are introduced and they will be binding as soon as they are published on the Site
