Volumetric dosing units
From years of experience, New Omap is able to offer a range of volumetric dosing units extremely precise thanks to the use of a tilted body and dedicated augers.
The structure of the dosing unit, auger and containment body are in stainless steel AISI 304.
Very compact dimensions with gear motor extremely downsized, housing robust aluminum die-cast, the models 1 and 2 of the DV series, units that use brushless motors allowing a dosage throughput ranging from 0.1 to 280 kg/h of master batch, additives or other granulated materials.
The range is then completed by the static TS or dynamic mix mixers which allow an easy and effective installation on the process machine, creating a complete and easy to use dosing station.

DV.18 SERIES
Dosing unit with 50 W DC brushless motor with motor integrated speed control. Motor speed control with feedback sensors with Hall effect, ensuring the adjustment of the speed in a field of max 0.5% of the set point.
Control panel with new electronic microprocessor for automatic operation. Possibility of use of preset operation curves, selfconfiguration new types of master system with self- regulation and small re-calibrations.
50 recipes storable, screw speed calculation after entering dosing parameters, work settings automatic or manual operation, injection or extrusion modes.
