Gravimetric blenders
Gravimetric blenders play a unique role in most of the plastic processes: they control and measure the exact weight of each material component as it enters the process.
New Omap proposes the batch blender DGmix series available in several models and designed to dose and mix up to 8 components and for capacities up to 3000 kg/h.
The virgin material, the regrind, the masterbatch and the additives in granules are measured one at a time once parameters have been set thorough the touch screen of the control. The gravimetric blender operates automatically measuring the single components in the correct percentages. In case of material shortages, an alarm will be activated.
The DG gravimetric batch blenders are ease to install and the control with the latest-logic technology is self-tuning, automatically adjusting the errors of each dosing in order to maintain constant the correct set percentage of each component at each batch.

New Omap proposes the batch blender DGmix series from 50 to 200 models available and designed to dose and mix up to 6 components and for capacities up to 200 kg/h.
DGmix300-600 SERIES
New Omap proposes the batch blender DGmix series from 300 to 600 models available and designed to dose and mix up to 8 components and for capacities up to 700 kg/h.
DGmix1000-3000 SERIES
New Omap proposes the batch blender DGmix series from 1000 to 3000 models available and designed to dose and mix up to 8 components and for capacities up to 1000+ kg/h.
